8.8/10Lovely place to eat. Service is excellent. Good menu choice and decent drink menu. Happy hour 5:30 till 7pm. Tried Spicy Edamame, Karaage chicken, 5 kinds sashimi, corn on cob. All dishes were well cooked, fresh and great tasting. Would definitely recommend

8/10Starters are delicious. Salmon tartare and the beef Tataki are notable dishes. The large sashimi has also a good variety. Service is great and is a great place for date night!

10/10Outstanding service and food is delicious. Loved everything that was ordered but the standout dishes were the sushi tacos, popcorn style shrimp fry and black cod.

10/10One of my top contemporary Japanese restaurants. Love the fish taco and I love their cocktails too. The bartender was very flexible with tweaking one of their cocktails to suit my taste.

0/10This is the email sent to Tokyo Laundry: Hello ‘We care’…I had a booking last evening (Sunday 27th) at 6pm for 7 people in the name of Barry Fitzgibbon. A pre theatre dinner with interstate friends. An email arrived from you on the 26th asking for reconfirmation which was done. It was surprising therefore to arrive there last night to find you were closed. This disrupted our plans substantially as we had to find another restaurant at short notice that could take seven people (we couldn’t find a Japanese) and it was embarrassing when entertaining people from interstate. This is poor planning and customer service on your part. Cheers Barry Fitzgibbon
