Great restaurant, all dishes we tried were beautiful. Service here is a stand out. Restaurant is nicely fitted out with views of the street through floor to ceiling windows. Great happy hours specials

Lovely place to eat. Service is excellent. Good menu choice and decent drink menu. Happy hour 5:30 till 7pm. Tried Spicy Edamame, Karaage chicken, 5 kinds sashimi, corn on cob. All dishes were well cooked, fresh and great tasting. Would definitely recommend

What an absolute hidden gem. The food was delicate, modern and delicious. The menu and the staff made it easy by catering to my gluten free requirements. We will definitely go again.

Starters are delicious. Salmon tartare and the beef Tataki are notable dishes. The large sashimi has also a good variety. Service is great and is a great place for date night!

Outstanding service and food is delicious. Loved everything that was ordered but the standout dishes were the sushi tacos, popcorn style shrimp fry and black cod.

One of my top contemporary Japanese restaurants. Love the fish taco and I love their cocktails too. The bartender was very flexible with tweaking one of their cocktails to suit my taste.

This is the email sent to Tokyo Laundry: Hello ‘We care’…I had a booking last evening (Sunday 27th) at 6pm for 7 people in the name of Barry Fitzgibbon. A pre theatre dinner with interstate friends. An email arrived from you on the 26th asking for reconfirmation which was done. It was surprising therefore to arrive there last night to find you were closed. This disrupted our plans substantially as we had to find another restaurant at short notice that could take seven people (we couldn’t find a Japanese) and it was embarrassing when entertaining people from interstate. This is poor planning and customer service on your part. Cheers Barry Fitzgibbon

TOKYO LAUNDRY Offers a traditional and contemporary eating experience. The chefs have carefully created our menu, using traditional Japanese methods with fusion Asian, French and western influences. Our menu is designed to be shared, giving diners a taste of Tokyo Laundry's take on Izakaya. Tokyo Laundry also offers standout bar with a wine list to suit our delicious Japanese food. We offer Shiso and seaweed popcorn at the bar to go with our delicious cocktails which have been created by our awesome bar staff.
