enjoyed our dinner, however our entree was served at same time as main and took awhile to get our glass of water

We love to come here and experience the Teppanyaki grill for special occasions + birthdays

It was far from the experience we expected - actually very disappointing. The courses we not served at once with 2 of the 6 mains (chateau briand - diced chuck steak on a plate???) coming first and then a 20min wait for surf and turf (again diced chick steak on a plate with 2 overcooked prawns) and another 20min wait for our vegetables side. When ordering we were all asked for wellness of our steak and although we all asked for med-rare our diced steaks were all served well done - why waste time asking!! At what was charged $$$$$ and the service - we definitely WILL NOT be going there again.
