8/10Delicious food served by terrific waitstaff. Immaculately decorated dining room, but it’s crowded and difficult to move around in as a pregnant person. The toilets, shared with the Arbor Bar, are horrific.

9.5/10Great venue. We had the Feed Me menu option and the food was terrific. Definitely one to recommend to others. Get there early and have a drink at one of the bars.

9.5/10We ordered the Feed Me choice. Excellent food and plenty of it. Would recommend. Food came a bit quick to begin with and we were lacking in space. Felt like we were being rush but then it slowed down and worked out well. Rice was badly timed as we had finished all the food that you would eat rice with.

10/10We loved it! The staff were amazing and in control on a very busy night. Their knowledge of the food was excellent. We had the $54.00 feed plate each and the servings were very good and the food amazing. The baked whole baby snapper was something else. Can’t wait to go back

5/10Had the dumplings and spring rolls as a starter. The dumpling wrappers were chewy and needed to be steamed longed. Tiny fillings were a disappointment. The chicken spring rolls lacked any flavour and the wrappers held onto the oil they had been fried in. We were seated at one of the leather benches and chair. If you sit at the bench, you’ll find the table at chest height- not comfortable for eating. If you sit on the chair, you’ll find you’re in the way of anyone moving behind you. This was our second visit to the synagogue, it will suit some to the nth degree. Unfortunately on both occasions we were really disappointed with the food and the too loud choice of music. There are much better places to dine in Freo with a better atmosphere and food. It has a pub feel with pub food.

8/10Beautiful space and atmosphere. Beef tataki was delicious, quite vinegary with a bit of spice that builds. The barramundi collar had the most awful smell but tasted nice and spicy and the flesh was tender.

8/10Food was innovative well presented and delicious. The white wine list needs work and we unfortunately chose a Chardy which was one of the more expensive on the list but turned out to be very ordinary

4/10We are two retired couples who found this restaurant disappointing in several areas. The menu was very difficult to read and in some cases to understand without asking many questions. One dish served, to our horror, was raw meat! The long brown soft leather lounges were not suited to comfortable table dining. The room was full of patrons and very noisy. BYO is not available and the wines were VERY expensive..This restaurant is perhaps more suited to younger working folk looking for a "different" dining experience and who are happy to share dishes as is recommended.

10/10Have been here twice and each time the food has been a taste sensation. Staff attentive without being intrusive. The decor is funky and just gorgeous. Food prices very reasonable indeed. A terrific and welcome addition to the Freo restaurant scene.
