A wonderful, clean restaurant with great genuinne Japannese food. A fabulous find. We will be returning.
Good service and good food
Chicken dish looked and tasted like the other pork dish we ordered
This is the second time we've visited Torin. We enjoyed our visit both times. The restaurant is one of the cleaner ones we've been to. More spacious and brighter than some of the restaurants in Eastwood. The service is great and the food good. We will continue to go to Torin.
Torin offers fusion cuisine, Japanese and Korean cuisines. Very good service. Average food with reasonable price.
This is a Korean style Japanese restaurant. The food is great, sushi is very fresh and yummy.
Clean restaurant with excellent service. The food quality was good, with fresh seafood and good range of sushi, yakisoba and bento boxes. Torin is also one of the few restaurants in Eastwood that accepts AMEX. This restaurant is one of our family favourites.
Good food and service
Nice food and would love to come again
Very good food, sure will come back.
Bento not as good as last time, especially sashimi, may be due to Dimmi 30% off promo
Generally great service with a smile, fresh ingredients and a clean restaurant. We will be returning.
We went there due to 30% Dimmi offer. Some dishes were great and some were terrible. Main dishes were disappointing but sushi was great! We felt the serving size was small if we were to pay the full price, but with dimmi's special we were content.
Neighbourhood japanese restaurant
It was value for money with 30% discount. The original menu price is more expensive than those restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Nice food with lovely service
Great sashimi platter
It was a bit pricey, food was just ok, not worth.
Service was fast, food delivered quickly, drinks delivered quickly
Nice food, great value with Dimmi 30% promo
122 Rowe Street, 2122, Eastwood, Australia
‘Torin’ means ‘east forest’ in Japanese, making it the perfect name for a local Japanese restaurant in the Sydney suburb of Eastwood. The menu covers all your favourites, from simple sashimi and sushi through noodle dishes, hot pots, donburi and tonkatsu, to tempura and teriyaki. And if you can’t decide between that little lot, there’s a great selection of bento boxes to give you a taste of everything. There are some distinct Korean influences across the menu (including sides of kimchi), which reflect the nationality of the owners, but for the most part this is authentic, traditional Japanese fare. The restaurant also has a private function room that can be hired for larger parties or business lunches and welcomes families. The main dining area is clean and comfortable and free of the noise and bustle of some similar sushi spots in the area. Well worth a try! Best Dish: Bento box.
