We love their pizza, it's a weekly addiction. Fish via always tasty too and the vegetables are cooked nicely and still crisp. Yay! The staff are super friendly and accommodating, blankets provided if sitting outdoors. Enjoy!

Really friendly welcome . Food was good & plentiful. Good choice on the menu. We benefited from 30% discount on the A La Carte. Only issue would be that the plates where cold so meal didnt stay warm. We sat outside where there is some traffic but looked cozy inside. Nice touch to be given an aperitif of Madeira & also a small brandy at the end. Saw locals eating here earlier in the day which I think is a good sign.

We (2) ordered scabbard fish with passionsfruit Our friends (2) ordered 'paella' - excellent quality and taste, they said Good wine chooseen by the waiter. A good place for dining

We enjoyed our first visit so much we decided to go back again. The restaurant was extremely busy but it didn't effect the service or the food. The atmosphere was very relaxed ,the portions were generous a thoroughly enjoyable experience

A pleasant enough restaurant and popular however despite booking a request for “a cosy position” we were located bang in the middle and very close to another table. Our waiter was gruff and lacked interpersonal skills. Whilst the food was good quality and tasty – the quantity was rather gross and slightly offputting. The choice of main courses was excellent which contrasted greatly with the poor selection of deserts. The Fork discount made the meal acceptable value however we are not intending to return.

Pretty basic foods. Desserts were a disappoinment, but Madeira wine before and Brandy or liquor after the meal on the house saved a lot. Good location. Low prices. Overall really good experience.

Really nice restaurant with good seafood and some Madeira's cuisine. We have a discount there because booking on TripAdvisor. Highly recommend!

I had one of the best beef meals in years and my girlfriend got really tasty Romana squids. A dessert (Madeirense bolo de mel - a kind of chocolate ginger pie) was also really tasty. Overall impression - REALLY good! Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located at but away from the crowded tourist spots, so you can enjoy the quiet; very nice terrace; I recommend the seafood soup, it was delicious
