Great location in a winery with an interesting building and lovely outdoors area. You can have a tasting of the wines at the table which was very good but then it was difficult to order a bottle or glass probably due to the limited number of staff available. The food was delicious and despite the waiting staff being very nice the service was poorly organised. Despite trying we weren’t able to order wine with main course. This seemed incongruous in a winery. We will probably go back as they may have just been understaffed.

Very nice food and unique and tasty wines. Service was a bit average, with the lovely lady we had being new, but lacking support and assistance from others in the team.

This winery restaurant is gorgeous. The food very good, the service fabulous. We had a wine tasting before lunch to choose our wines and we had a fabulous and fun experience. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgable, Highly recommended.

We were celebrating a birthday and were keen to try the seafood dishes. The entrees and mains were superb accompanied by a wine suggested by one of the friendly staff members. The desserts were a delight especially as one came with a lighted candle with happy birthday wishes. Coffee completed a truly delicious meal in lovely surroundings with excellent service. Thanks to all the staff concerned for a wonderful night out.

The staff were very friendly. Natalie was welcoming as was Salvatore. We had not been for a long time but with new restaurant manager it was almost back to the times when Laurie was there. Atmosphere is lovely. Away from cars noise and very peaceful surroundings. Lovely area to sit and relax and enjoy nature with a glass of wine.

Lovely setting and friendly staff. Chance to have a wine tasting a cellar door before lunch and sample some of their fine terracotta wines. Food generally excellent but let down slightly by an average lamb rump which was simply too tough. Quite noisy but a good atmosphere. Had chance to meet the new Chef, Simon who was friendly, welcoming and professional. Have high hopes it will be even better next time. Will certainly visit again.

Last minute booking for 6 on a cold day so was lucky to get in. Great staff - waitress - knowledgeable and enthusiastic about new menu and food - door cellar sales - a truly unique experience of a genuinely authentic man who loves to communicate with customers - Loved our 3 1/2 hours and loved the food and wines.

Had the steak special which was great value with a glass of wine. Food was lovely. Restaurant was quiet and more people should go there to enjoy the wine and food. The Shiraz was beautiful.

We were a little disappointed as our booking was for 12pm and the fish was sold out. the menu is not very big and 5 of our 9 wanted the fish. I felt for the 2 waitresses as they had to get around to everyone and it was quite busy. I don't think it's the best value for money unfortunately.

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your email we appreciate the time you took to let us know about your experience. At Trofeo Estate we source the best possible produce available which includes fresh fish that is never frozen. Unfortunately we sold out of fish and were unable to receive any further deliveries on this occasion. We understand your disappointment but hope you can understand. Wait staff were excellent. We ha a bit of a wait for our meal so our waitress offered a bottle of wine because of this. Much appreciated

Has a much better menu than a year ago and food much more varied. Great place to take family for lunch as lovely grass area for kids to play on.

This one will certainly become another Mornington Peninsula winery favourite. BEST cellar door I've ever visited - Natalie was so informative and interesting and the wine was really special. Would like to see a few more options on the restaurant menu. We'll we back though!

The Service (from Salvatore) was very friendly but very slow. Food was tasteless and therefore grossly overpriced... flavourless ... served cold in many instances and barely lukewarm in others. Freezing cold. Concrete floor . Shiraz on wine list in menu is not drinkable ... though they did happily swap it when I told them. And offers tastings Of three other wines to ensure I was happy !

Service was a little slow & twice we had to chase up different orders (initial drinks, then coffee), even to pay at the end of our lunch. Bill was incorrect & was fixed promptly. Meal was good & views lovely.
