Given the covid restrictions the food was not so great. Tasty but we had expected a meal and it was 2 x tasting platters. Understand but a little disappointing. Trofeo have been excellent in the past. Trying times and we understand. Shall return.

Thank-you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately the current COVID restrictions have forced us to make significant changes to our operations, however please keep an eye out as our offerings may evolve as circumstances change. We are pleased you still had a pleasant experience with great service, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the estate in the future. Many thanks!

Was a favorite "haunt" however the meal consisted of a platter of small amounts of condiments and meats - nothing substantial! Gone are the lovely meals. We had to go home and cook a meal as we were still hungry. Very disappointing.

    Trofeo Estate

Thank you for visiting us again. We are happy that we have been a ‘favourite’ of yours in the past, unfortunately the COVID-19 restrictions have required us to make significant changes to our operations, please keep an eye out our offerings will evolve as the circumstances change.

We were there for breakfast and while we enjoyed the food very much and could not fault it, the offering was extremely limited ... choice of two charcuterie platters for two people ... a difficult time ... taking into account COVID restrictions. Will go again. Staff were great.

Thank-you for your comments and supporting Trofeo Estate during these rather unique times, it is greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Cheers!

Trofeo Estate offers high quality food at a reasonable price. The venue has a modern, rustic charm and the staff are extremely friendly. In good weather, the outside area offers relaxed dining or just a good place to have a cup of coffee at the end of the meal. There is also a cellar door with many interesting wines to try.

If 11/10 was possible.. today was it !!! Party of 9 ( with a 3yr old) the food was superb, the staff and service was better than anything I’ve experienced, they seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Between us we had a mix of entree’s, mains, sides, desserts ,cheese , coffees and wines ... nothing was too hard, the service was faultless... and staff were so ‘nice’ . And great value ... would recommend to anyone

Wine was beautiful and it was a lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent but the mushroom risotto was bland as was the cauliflower steak.

Second visit in a month and it was even better than last time. Very friendly and welcoming service, great food from a broad selection of alternatives. You can sample the wines before you buy so you can really get something you like. Very good evening.

Our family and friends needed a light meal at Trofeo Estate before our wine tasting. We had the cheese platter (a selection of 3 local cheeses & accompaniments) and the Paddock Plate (terrine, cured meats, pickled vegetables, and croutons). We also ordered the artisan bread roll which came with small dishes of olive oil and green olives. We liked the Brie, smoked cheddar, truffle cheese, quint paste and raisins however, we did not have sufficient crackers. We used the bread rolls when we finished the crackers. The Paddock Plate was very good value and we loved the creativity shown in having very thinly sliced and pickled cucumbers & pumpkin - alongside wedges of pickled yellow beets (yum!) and baby cornichons for crunch. The terrine and cured meats were delicious! We ate inside the restaurant but the outside dining area was lovely and we will recommend that diners try to go outside if the weather is fine (as it was when we visited). The service was efficient and friendly. The wine tasting fees were waived because we had eaten in the restaurant - another good value for those who love wine.

Great location in a winery with an interesting building and lovely outdoors area. You can have a tasting of the wines at the table which was very good but then it was difficult to order a bottle or glass probably due to the limited number of staff available. The food was delicious and despite the waiting staff being very nice the service was poorly organised. Despite trying we weren’t able to order wine with main course. This seemed incongruous in a winery. We will probably go back as they may have just been understaffed.

Very nice food and unique and tasty wines. Service was a bit average, with the lovely lady we had being new, but lacking support and assistance from others in the team.

This winery restaurant is gorgeous. The food very good, the service fabulous. We had a wine tasting before lunch to choose our wines and we had a fabulous and fun experience. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgable, Highly recommended.

We were celebrating a birthday and were keen to try the seafood dishes. The entrees and mains were superb accompanied by a wine suggested by one of the friendly staff members. The desserts were a delight especially as one came with a lighted candle with happy birthday wishes. Coffee completed a truly delicious meal in lovely surroundings with excellent service. Thanks to all the staff concerned for a wonderful night out.

The staff were very friendly. Natalie was welcoming as was Salvatore. We had not been for a long time but with new restaurant manager it was almost back to the times when Laurie was there. Atmosphere is lovely. Away from cars noise and very peaceful surroundings. Lovely area to sit and relax and enjoy nature with a glass of wine.

Lovely setting and friendly staff. Chance to have a wine tasting a cellar door before lunch and sample some of their fine terracotta wines. Food generally excellent but let down slightly by an average lamb rump which was simply too tough. Quite noisy but a good atmosphere. Had chance to meet the new Chef, Simon who was friendly, welcoming and professional. Have high hopes it will be even better next time. Will certainly visit again.

Last minute booking for 6 on a cold day so was lucky to get in. Great staff - waitress - knowledgeable and enthusiastic about new menu and food - door cellar sales - a truly unique experience of a genuinely authentic man who loves to communicate with customers - Loved our 3 1/2 hours and loved the food and wines.

Had the steak special which was great value with a glass of wine. Food was lovely. Restaurant was quiet and more people should go there to enjoy the wine and food. The Shiraz was beautiful.
