Food is good and table service. Great selections of champagne. Relax and cheerful atmosphere. Prefer stronger AC. Maître d was cold and unfriendly.

Service was quite good although mains were slow to come out (admittedly the restaurant was busy). The casarecce pasta was storebought, which was quite disappointing. If you're unable to make a type of pasta in-house, best leave it off the menu. Especially at $30+ plus a plate. Flavours were good. Ragu was salty.

A delightful overall experience. The restaurant is visually appealing, with great ambience. It’s great to have it so open on a Summer’s evening, overlooking the pool...makes you feel like you’re at a fabulous resort. From the warm welcome to the very attentive service and outstanding food, we couldn’t fault a thing. This restaurant is a real treat. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely restaurant with great atmosphere and service. Entrees were delicious as was one of the mains (swordfish). The other main (lamb ragu) was watery and very bland. Hopefully just an off night on the pasta dish. Would recommend a visit.

Having previously been to Ucello for dinner with a group of 5 Star Resort GMs & Directors, who were impressed by the food, it was time to go back for lunch with friends thanks to The Fork! In spite of the gloomy day & incessant rain, the room was buzzing for a Friday lunch service. Service was friendly & attentive from all the staff, from the floor manager, waitresses to the food runners. We were made to feel very welcome (which is not always the case when booking at discounted rates and as younger diners). In summary the food was excellent, and portion size of the antipasti & sides such that each of our table of 7 was able to have a tasting of each. Oysters were fresh, firm & zingy with a splash of the dressing. Crunchy calamari lightly battered served with garlicky aioli. Lack of space unfortunately prevents more descriptions of the dishes, but the Bistecca, Gnocchi, Casarecce, & SquidInk Risottowere all excellent. The chocolate mousse dessert was also a favourite. Highly recommended restaurant for anyone on The Fork to discover.

The food was great but quite expensive as expected for a Merivale restaurant. The service was really good, the waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Good atmosphere but the restaurant was let down by the toilets which we had to walk through the rain to access.

Nice atmosphere for a group of girlfriends and first dates. Feels a little casual because it’s right next to the Ivy Pool Bar, but I did like that vibe. Food was delicious!

Great service, great atmosphere and eating while looking out onto the pool was an added bonus. However, food portions were small, especially the "mains". The both of us don't generally eat alot but we walked away starving after ordering an entree and a main each. Pro tip: Consider ordering two mains per person to satiate an extremely normal level of hunger.

Good service, imaginative Italian food. Perhaps not the very best in Sydney but shouldn't disappoint. Atmosphere a bit marred by overly loud music more appropriate to pool bar nest to restaurant.

Good Italian in a lovely setting perfect for summer. We were fortunate enough to try Uccello at 50% off, all the dishes were tasty but I can’t pick out an outstanding dish. Servers were attentive but service can get a bit slow when busy which is expected.

Service very warm and attentive. Meals are a good size and sides are generous. Nice airy outlook. Can be a little noisy but we still enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely visit again.

The food was amazing, everything was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. The produce was also very fresh and this really shone through the food. What a relaxing way to spend lunch with girlfriends, an oasis in an urban jungle. I would definetely come again.

Was lucky enough to get a table overlooking the pool. Such a lovely setting! We had the mixed meat entree and the yellowfin tuna followed by the market fish and the wagyu beef. Everything was very tasty and we enjoyed our evening.
