10/10Wonderful little Japanese restaurant that offers lunch bento boxes. I had the delicous waygu beef bento box and my lunch partner had the teriyaki chicken bento box. Both bento boxes came out quickly. The wagyu beef was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The leafy salad in the bento box was a little over dressed, but other than that it was a wonderful bento box. The miso was soup was fresh and delicious, it didn't have any powdering bits at the bottom like in some other restaurants. Service was a little slow (We only saw 2 wait staff for a weekday lunch session) as we had to wave to try and the attention of the wait staff. Overall, it was a good experience.

9.5/10Food is fresh and tasty! Staff were really friendly, but extremely busy during lunchtime. I ordered the small sashimi platter with Salmon, Swordfish and Tuna. They were attentive, but the sashimi took a little longer to come out than expected (given that its literally raw fish!).

10/10Great food, friendly service. Prices are on the premium side, but the quality is well worth it. I tried the Winter Special today and the staff made sure they kept an eye on the hot pot. They kept coming around to adjust the temperature of the flame and even made sure I didn't run out of soup. I highly recommend dining at UMAYA Japapanese Restaurant if you are looking for something more than just a sushi train.

9/10The food was quite good value and tasty/cooked well. Waggu need Ramon was very filling and generous amount of meat, veg & noodles. The only complaint was the toilets were a short walk away in the shopping center and not easy to find.

9/10I booked this restaurant last minute but all went well when we turned up hungry Food was nice and tasty We had the ceviche, soft shell crab roll and teriyaki don I'm glad we didn't have to wait long for the meal. Overall, good dining experience.
