Unfortunately the $50.00 credit for the Yums was not applied when my partner paid the bill. When we arrived and were shown to our table I confirmed that the booking was through The Fork so I presumed that it would have been fine when my partner paid.

Staff were friendly you could have a laugh with the bar staff. One lady when we came in looked unhappy no smile. Overall very happy will be back again

Been her many times before. Had seniors steak which was nicely cooked but unfortunately vegetables were a bit washed out with little flavour. not so many people her tonight.

Occasion was a grandson birthday. We were met at entrance and made to feel welcome by the supervisor and shown to our table. First time at The Vale and very impressed. The kids meal was great and enjoyed by the special man. The staff made sure he received his ice-cream with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Yum. The big ones also enjoyed our ribs, special parma, pork roast, and steak sandwich. All were recommended. We shared our ice-cream sundaes as too full for individual serves. Will be back.

Our family had Xmas lunch there and everything was fantastic, so we thought we would try it for the husbands and sons birthdays. Hubby and I had Seniors and there was sufficient food and our sons meal was so big he couldn't eat it all. Would definitely recommend the Vale Hotel to friends and family.

Came across this place while looking for lunch near my Work. Booking was smooth, I was quickly seated. Online ordering was innovative. Wished there were more vegetarian options. Food was nice, albeit on the smaller side. Look forward to returning.

A favourite pub of mine. However today I had the Garlic Prawns for a change. Very tasty but the senior's size was rather small. Enjoyable but small.

I have been here many times however this visit was disappointing. Firstly the person taking my order replied 'Should be' after checking with chef as to whether the soup was Gluten Free. Any Coeliac will understand why I replied that 'Should be' was not a good enough reply and that I needed more assurance about GF. He then said it was GF. Actually the soup was not great. Looked as if from a packet and very thick with little taste. Rather disappointing visit

"should be" is definitely not an acceptable answer & we will be following up with the Team so this doesn't happen again. I can assure you our soups are also made from scratch in house & not packet soup, I will pass on your comments to the Chefs to see how we can improve on the flavour! I have dined here many times. I had the senior's steak which was cooked Medium as requested and very tender. Early dinner so restaurant was not busy.

We always have a great meal and excellent service at the Vale. We are pensioners and the last time we visited we selected the seniors special, rissoles which were magnificent, two large patties served with an onion sauce and seasonal vegetables consisting of carrots, beans and broccolli with mashed potato and at $17 was very well received. I would recommend the venue to all who want good well cooked food in a pleasing environment.

My Brother in Law sat down on chewing gum on his seat, the staff were not interested. I think that was very poor. They offered him nothing. Now he has the inconvenience to try and remove it off his pants at his expense. Very poor. Glenn.
