    A great find! Five star service and the food is superb. Amazing selection of meat dishes as the dry age and cure their own meats. Not for vegans/ vegetarians... A carnivores paradise

    Food was tasty and interesting. Meat tacos were yum but small. Spicy potato was delish. I found the main meal selections a little basic so we had several entree/tapas plates. Great atmosphere and decor. Nice chilled evening. Would recommend.

    Drove down from the Sunny coast on Sat night for dinner with my wife to cellerbrate our wedding anniversary. Glad we made the trip.Friendly staff that care about your dining experience and delicious food served made it a very enjoyable night. Thoroughly reccomend a night out here as its hard to fault. Looking forward to coming back with some friends soon.

    The food was good but portions were quite small for the price that we paid. Service was excellent and the restaurant had a lovely ambience. Would I go back? Not really as I prefer a more hearty meal.

    The service was amazing! Very friendly staff! The food mediocre! Two of us had the beef which was so sinewy and chewy we couldn’t cut it or swallow it! Flavour was good but meat was inedible!

    Very good food especially the Pate. I have been four times and plan to go back. Parking over the road is a Council park with space. A perfect balance of interesting conversation with the male and female staff while not seeming intrusive when we were eating.

‘From farm to plate’

‘Vaquero’ in Spanish translates to the horseback mounted cattle herder. In the 1500s, the Spanish brought the vaquero to Mexico. This influenced the cuisine, which brought the importance of livestock to their dishes. In Albion is Vaquero Dining, a place for relaxation and good food. The menu is made to be shared between friends and family. They pride themselves on the ‘farm to plate’ ethic, where the best ingredients are sourced. And they are only sourced through farmers that utilise sustainable, organic and socially conscious methods. Vaquero Dining exudes sophistication and elegance in every dish.
