It's a lovely quite place that I've always enjoyed. The food is good. We had breakfast for a birthday celebration and it was nice. The only thing I was disappointed about was the table water charge. I don't remember being asked that it be Bottled water. I'm always happy with tap water. On the bill I found 2xspringwater charge =$24. That's not ok with me. Otherwise all good and would go back again but be aware of the water cost.
Hi Elise Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to review us. I will send your comments through to the Manager regarding the water to ensure this does not happen again, as the Tearooms does both bottled and tap water. Best regards Gaye C - Guest Services

We had a group breakfast : nice setting , beautiful gardens , plenty of parking . Unfortunately service was the worst possible and spoiled somewhat the mood of our gathering . I don't think we will be back in a hurry . R

Service was terrible. We ordered gluten free for 2 people and received 4 serves, I also requested no soft cheese as I'm pregnant and ended up with a dairy free platter. Explained all this on arrival and it was still brought out wrong. They forgot take our tea order.

We celebrated our adult daughter’s birthday with high tea at the tea rooms. It was exactly what we had hoped for and all the staff ensured that it was a very special occasion. Looking out onto the gardens made us feel as if we were in the country. It was a lovely experience and highly recommended.
