Really friendly staff and excellent food in an impressive setting. A little on the expensive side- 5 Euros for a bottle of water, but this was offset by the "couvert" of a glass of sparkling wine and a good selection of bread with flavoured butters.

Nice place to sitt. Lot of local people as well creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Service OK.

Sunday night and I think the maître d' was having a evening off. The service was staccato and disjointed with no one directing what was happening. Several minor issues with the food and drink which, in fairness, were eventually resolved. Not really acceptable at this level and price point. On a more positive note the food and wine offering was (eventually) good, well prepared and served. Most of the issues we had were as a result of our server not understanding what we were saying. I would be happy to go back for a rerun on a different night of the week.

This beautiful restaurant is in a very unlikely spot, among apartment buildings with laundry hanging out dry, but once inside it’s fabulous. The food and service are amazing.

We have booked a table for two, it was a magic moment ! The dishes were excellent and the wine as well (duro wine of course) I recommend the Via Graca to finish a beautiful trip on Lisboa with this amazing view !

Figured out I’ve been dining here since 2011 but I thought it was much longer, so much has Via Graça become a must-do for me in Lisbon. The food has evolved to be a little more Anglo-Saxon friendly since I first knew the restaurant, but little if anything has been lost. The view remains the best in Lisbon for my money which in Lisbon is saying something. Fish soup with a nice piece of grouper swimming in it, straightforward tornedos with plenty of garlic, the always-fun-to-watch crêpes flamed at table side, Mouchao 2011 just coming on song in half bottle. Perfect.

Service was excellent!! As good as it gets. I wanted to leave a tip, but their system doesn't make it obvious how to do that. I would have over-tipped. I would recommend the restaurant to the pickiest diner.

We had a magical evening here. The restaurant is located high up with stunning views looking down across the city. The food was excellent, with inventive dishes that were packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The service was smart, attentive and friendly and it was a perfect romantic evening to end our time in Lisbon.

The view of downtown Lisbon and the 4/25 bridge was fabulous. The neighborhood was not so romantic.

Disappointing starter (butter hard, bread not fresh) Main looked ok but lacked taste, certainly didn’t live up to the price tag. View could be amazing but the windows reflect a lot.

Very good food with good service — extra charge on the bill was corrected quickly when brought to the attention of the waiter—and a magnificent view!

What an experience! Everything was perfect, starting from the view, the place, the service and the dishes. I truly recommend it.

A nice view if you are along the side where you can see the Castle on the left up to the bridge in background. Maybe if they could serve the plates with a touch more time between the starters and the main course : we had just finished one the other came on the table. Waiter should not wait glasses of water are empty to propose or refuel again. Excellent table to be recommended

The restaurant has a wonderful view of the city of Lisbon from on top of a hill . We had clams to start with which were good with coquilles and chestnut that was tasty but very small . We both had curried grouper that could not be more delicious . Desert crepes suzzette made the old fashioned way in front of you flambeed . My companion observed guests better dressed than average . Definitely a place to take anyone we did not feel rushed and not noisy .

Very nice place to eat. Sofisticated and classy. We enjoyed our meal very much and the view is perfect. Stunning!

Probably the best views of any restaurant in Lisbon - and there is considerable competition for that. You pay for the privilege but not excessively so. The menu here has had a refresh since last year and mostly in a good way. Quite a few old favourites are still present, albeit sometimes slightly concealed by new descriptions. One dish that I think is new is the Angolan rice with lobster, grouper and prawns. I had this and it's brilliant, with spicy but not hot tomato sauce infusing the rice & seafood. Starter scallops were a rather small portion but superb quality and of "photograph your food" beauty on the plate ... the latter is not something this restaurant really used to do. The wine list remains exceptional and is quite good value for the big names you can get. Via Graca is possibly my favourite restaurant anywhere and certainly in my Top 5 list. I've just thoroughly enjoyed every meal here over the 10 or so years I've known it.

Dinner was delectable. We had a bottle of the recommended syrah, octopus and lamb & cheesecake. My grilled octopus was delicious. He loved the lamb. The service was exceptional. Only thing that caught our attention was the 5€ per person cover charge which we found on (on google) that it was to cover complimentary champagne & bread---both of which we'd gladly pay for. Highly recommended!!!

Overpriced, portions on the small size - as per other reviews, you are definitely paying for the view. The restaurant we went to the previous night (iiimpar) was half the price and was better in every way!
