Food was great, it took a little long to come out but was good when it did. Great spot for families with an indoor playground.

Arrives at 6.30 and left approx 7.45pm - you were not busy, yet tables were spread out over both sections giving a very cold atmosphere. There was a chip on the floor in the walkway when we got there, we stepped over it several times going to the bar & buffet and it was still there when we left. One of your waiters dropped a watermelon rind when clearing plates, he looked at it, but then left it on the floor, it too was still there when we left. Our empty mains plates were still on our table when dessert was served, despite your staff walking empty past our table 4 times after we finished eating our mains, including putting clean serviettes and cutlery on an empty table next to us to "reset" out table when we left. Could not eat the Sticky Date - my husbands was soft and covered with sauce which frozen icecream, my pudding was hard to get a spoon through it, was dry and had no sauce - I believe it has been heated in the microwave, let go cold making it stale, then reheated again before being served at only a warm temperature with the icecream melting rapidly. To you credit, your staff apologised and removed the cost of the pudding from our bill. On an upside, the food served on our plate was delicious, far superior to the salad/veg buffet. I would return simply for that Port Cutlet with asian veg - YUM!

Excellent modern pub grub. Brilliant indoor playground for the kids, making it a very relaxed family friendly place to dine.

So friggin expensive for food & drink. The meals were not satisfactory. Service was fine. Overall not happy... not coming back.

The table we where seated at was directly under the brand new aircon system. It was a cold night last night and I am I very cold person already, I had 3 layers on. I looked up at the aircon and could see it was on 22°. A couple next to me informed me they just asked them to turn it up as it was on 17°. This is rediculous as it was a cold night outside. I left there was numb fingertips... I wish I was exaggerating. This is very off putting as it’s coming into winter and will be getting even colder.

Parents allowing kids to help themselves with their hands to the salad bar and bread rolls is a major turn off! You should have signage stating tings must be used and children supervised. I was looking forward to the salad bar with my meal but refused to eat from it after seeing this. My coffee was also cold.

"Fully loaded chips" arrived with soggy chips and melted cheese was solid - had to detach chips from cheese to even eat them. Laksa noodles soggy and falling apart. Rump steak chewy. Kids meals taken away without anyone double checking that they were finished. Had to prompt staff for included kids drinks as they were not offered when meal purchased. Similar experience to last time we came here, only returned for the playground for the kids sake.
Apologies on your recent visit with us. We appreciate the feedback, and will address with staff on what they usually should have done & been trained to do.
