Loving the saganaki salad at the moment. Was a little disappointed with the special dessert. Was supposed to be soft centred chocolate pudding as was just dry cake but the cappuccino ice cream was lovely

Go West Located in Caroline Springs, the West Waters Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner. There's also a senior's menu and daily specials that are worth checking out. Choose to eat inside or outdoors while soaking in the sweeping views of Lake Caroline. The outdoor patio is heated, so you can dine al fresco at any time of year. You'll find modern Aussie fare on the menu featuring a variety of flavours. Try the fried polenta fingers with black truffle aioli and baby herbs to start before moving on to the lemon pepper calamari on chorizo, white bean and wild rocket salad. There are several delectable salads to choose from for something on the lighter side, or go all out and order a char-grilled steak cooked to your liking. And dessert? You'd better believe it.
