Great little place with the most wonderful buttermilk chicken - we ordered an extra serve to celebrate it being our last knowing this gem of a place is closing :( Will be sorely missed!

An absolute pleasant surprise for me and my fiance to find such a gem of a place. Our favourite protein is chicken and this place take the cake. The buttermilk fried chicken was the most superb piece of fried chicken we've eaten. Tender, light and crispy with great seasoning was to die for. A must for anyone to try, we'll be back soon, thanks Whirly Bird.

Great atmosphere and good service. Some dishes are great, and others are simply OK. The fried chicken is delicious (whereas the rotisserie chicken a little dry). The sides are all really good, and great price as well. The broccoli and sprouts being my fav. The brownie is awesome! I will come back again and again, knowing and ordering only the items I like. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time on Schnitzilla Wednesday, the parmigiana was great and absolutely huge so my partner and I shared it (how does anyone get through it alone??) with a couple of small sides. We were very full afterwards, and very happy. We would happily come again, it's very good value. The service is excellent.

For those who like a Sunday roast, The rotisserie meats here were sensational. We had the beef ribs and pork belly. Juicy and fall off the bone as expected but great flavours and sauces too. The aioli with the already great chips, the polenta chips. Everything super delicious. Feels like I've discovered a secret. The star was the sprouts and greens we ordered as a side. Charred and flavoured to perfection. I recommend ordering a large serving. The beers here are a bit cheaper than most places too.

Food did not seem fresh. Flavours were flat and lacked oomph.

Really good beer and wine selection. The atmosphere is casual and although the service was a little slow, it was OK. Food was good but nothing really stood out as exceptional.
