About Windows Restaurant
Not to be overlooked With a view over Albert Park Lake, Windows Restaurant provides a spacious, airy location in which to enjoy your meal. Open daily, the restaurant has all the benefits of being part of the Pullman hotel (oh the incomparable joy of feasting on a hotel buffet brekky!), but it’s also a place than can rest on its own laurels. The evening a la carte dining options are nothing short of gorgeous - in description and taste. If you’re into sharing, check out the cleverly named ‘tapastry’ list, created by Window’s culinary ambassador Justin North. Moving towards the mains, you’ll be a fan of the petuna ocean trout fillet with a mushroom and thyme fricassée and grilled asparagus, not to mention the pistachio crusted grain fed Goulburn Valley pork cutlet with lyonnaise kipfler potatoes, tomato and apple chutney and verjuice jus. If your mouth isn’t watering yet (and we find that hard to believe), let your eyes wander to the dessert menu. Anyone up for the lemon meringue with marinated strawberries or the banoffee pie (dulce-de-leche caramel, Chantilly cream, Suntory Lena liqueur-marinated bananas, honey comb and macadamia nut croquant with toffee sauce)?
