Has a beautiful view, service is great with your own personal waitress. Attention to detail is a matter of course. You can actually have a conversation without yelling. Lovely atmosphere.

Loving the chateaubriand like always BUT STILL waiting for the chef to bring back the dessert soufflé - it was amazing and should be the restaurant staple like the chateaubriand :)

Great views of Adelaide, bets to secure a seat at the window. Food was nice, good sizing and a lot of flavour. Wine list is $$$$ for the wines listed especially the local wines.

Superb evening. I always bring my overseas visitors here on their final night in Adelaide. They were super impressed with the whole experience.

About Windy Point Restaurant

Australia’s Hollywood Hills Perched on a cliffside at Belair (Australia’s version of the flashy Bel-Air in Beverly Hills) with panoramic views of Adelaide’s foothills and city is Windy Point Restaurant & Cafe. With old school silver service, a well stocked cellar of respected Australian vintages and generous locally sourced dishes, the stage is set for a truly memorable dining experience at this not so windy restaurant. The stellar dish her has to be the pork belly; sweet flesh contrasted nicely with a kimchi slaw of carrot, wombok and sesame on a smooth potato mash. And if you usually turn your nose up at surf n turf type meals, it’s worth giving Justin Mile’s pairing of wagyu ribs and just seared scallops a shot. With its genteel atmosphere, supremely comfy armchairs and captivating views you’ll feel part of an exclusive club when wining and dining in the hills. Best dish: glazed confit duck leg with cumin-heavy pumpkin mash
