Two brothers, trained as chefs in different corners of Brisbane, have joined forces to make all this possible. Using the freshest local produce, we have the space to give classic dishes a modern twist without compromising quality and that unmistakeable flavour we all came to love in the first place.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. Always come here when we are in Brisbane. The food is wonderful and the matched wines perfect. Last nights gnocchi with mushrooms was fluffy and superb. Have converted my son. He loves the pizzas. Just keep doing what you do.

Excellant starter. Wife Hanger steak was very good, my flank was too chewy but tasty. Sprouts sides were great. Given the quality of everything else, serving with shoestring fries was a let down. Could easily be improved with garlic potatoes etc and lifted to another level. Affogato dessert was ok. Excellent beer selection.

We love this restaurant and try and get there a couple of times a year. Last night we had the pizza special as part of our dinner, it was called the Sunday Roast. It was the most amazing pizza we have ever had along with the crispy pork crackling on the top. All the food was amazing and the service was great too!

The food at Wooden horse was fabulous. We had the Italian 3 course meal and each meal lived up to our expectations. The atmosphere was second to none. It is a place for dinner for two, families and groups. The staff are knowand you can tell through conversation that they are passionate about what they do. A quick mention to the Creme Brulee - it was devine. Thanks for a lovely date night.
