It was such a pleasant morning. The food was really nice and the staff were friendly. I think eating breakfast there at that time is really nice.. Not too crowded.. We could hear ourselves talk. He he

Great place to go for or lunch with the kids, food and service were excellent, playground for kids, and a lovely man that worked there saw us with 3 kids and put a jumping castle up just for them to play on! Also dropped in to the chocolatier and cheese factory which were both great.

Great food, big servings, good service and great for little kids with indoor & outdoor play areas. There is a tavern where you can get alcoholic beverages & a café which also serves wine, coffee, great milkshakes. Very busy, bookings recommended.

There was an error in the number of people I had booked for, but the staff were so helpful, accommodating and lovely and although the cafe was fully booked on Mother's Day, they fitted us all in. Thank you.

Very busy, coffees came out Luke warm. To be fair they were busy but we waited about 30 mins for breakfast. Area for line up to order was crowded. People bumping into each other. They need to look at how they take food orders on a very busy day

They could not find our online booking, but then located it after 15 mins. We then waited in the order queue for 10 mins to be told there was a 50 min wait for food - even for pre-made refrigerated sandwiches!! Dreadful when you are with a 90 year old lady.... we went elsewhere...

The day was very hot and not much of air conditioner inside the cafe so at times it was uncomfortable temperature wise.

About the restaurant

Wyong and the Milk Factory Cafe

Take a five minute detour off the freeway at Wyong and visit the old Wyong Milk Factory, which is now home to a cafe that's got everyone talking! The complex has a lovingly repaired, saved and salvaged feel, enjoying its new lease of life. The cafe is split over three levels (this includes the rooftop) with alfresco dining, this little treasure is considered to be one of the best venues in Bowral.

With a very straight forward, cafe-style menu that's aimed to families, there is something for everyone. You can't go wrong ordering one of the the much loved Aussie favourites like fish and chips, a burger, quiche or salad.

If this kids are feeling a little restless from the car trip, they can run around in the playground that features two cubby houses whilst you visit Lukka Chocolate Factory. There is even a gym if you find you've eaten too much chocolate, if there is even such thing!

Best dish: Fish and chips

Dear guests, please note that any group bookings over 20 covers will need to leave their credit card details as a guarantee. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
