Food is delicate and outstanding. Must save some space of your stumch for amazing dessert! Friendly staff make the night even better.

We came here on a Thursday evening and it was very quiet. We actually thought to go to one of the restaurants around the corner but stuck to Yellow and have no regrets. The service was impeccable and food was really good (this coming from a carnivore).

Always enjoy coming back to Yellow. Friendly people and great wine.

We tried this place for brunch. I suspect it is more a lunch or dinner place as the menu was limited. The waitress (tall blonde) was rude and made us feel uncomfortable for asking what some ingredients were listed on the menu. We did not know what they were and she made us feel like we stupid. Her attitude throughout the service was unfriendly and not very welcoming.

The food was amazing and the service was great. The degustation was quite expensive but a great option for a special occasion.

About Yellow Sydney

Informal. Affordable. Vegetarian. And it was all Yellow. A yellow house, in fact, once housing the works of Brett Whiteley and his contemporaries, this place exudes a bohemian vibe. A few years ago, this Potts Point eatery made the decision to become all about the vegetables. But don’t be thinking ‘boring’. Here, thoughtfully selected produce is given a chance to shine. Celeriac, nettle, hazelnut milk and black garlic, anyone? Try the tasting menu – it comes in vegetarian or vegan – or take in a weekend brunch. At Yellow Sydney, there’ll be no nagging you to eat your veggies! Check out the eclectic wine list while you’re there.
