The woman who served us was lovely. She asked us what time we would need to be out to get to the show on time and made sure everything was brought out promptly so that we would get to our show on time. Very pleased 😁 The food was delicious as always and very affordable. This is the second time I've come before a show and won't be the last.

I was there for the seafood risotto which I had 3 times already. Sadly it is off the menu and the blue swimmer crab risotto was just awful. I left half of it- too gluggy and no crab meat to be seen. My husband had his 4th kangaroo dinner and loved it thank goodness. Service is always great.

Salmon was ok, first time I've tried a nicoise salad, can't say I'm a fan them. Wouldn't order this again, unless they swapped out the salad. Creme Brulee was nice, not sure why it was served with lemon sorbet, definitely didn't complement it. The fairy floss with the Apple Strudel was also out of place and didn't get eaten. I booked for 6.30pm, which was very loud and busy with people going to shows. Would recommend booking for maybe 7.30 for a nicer atmosphere.

Excellent for meeting friends over dinner before attending a concert or theater production. Good choice of mains and friendly service. Can be a bit noisy depending on groups sitting near-by.

Meals presented beautifully. I had the steak & unfortunately it was tough so I was disappointed with that. Everyone else was happy with theirs, the fish & pork belly. Nice treat with the coffee! Too rushed for our pre-theatre (7pm) dining. Great if your show starts later. Love the convenience to Flinders St. Classy decor.
