9.5/10First visit to Zaffran and it was great. The service was amazing, they were very happy to talk to us about our meal choices and how spicy we wanted them . The food was delicious. Large choice for gf meals.

9.5/10What a great Indian restaurant! The food was really good, staff were lovely, the chef came out and checked on us. They didn't have the wine we ordered, but the Chef selected another bottle for us, and it was perfect. Lamb Rogan Josh was divine, as were the three types of Naan we ordered. The Chaat entree was exceptiuonally tasty and beautifully prepared. Only tiny downside was that the environment and temperature was a bit chilly. We look forward to returning, however, another time we are in Newcastle.

9.5/10We are not fond of Indian cuisine but the food was great. My kids love it and a definite ???????????????????? and recommended for a visit in the near future. The pakora, seafood curry and chicken korma were cooked mild, tasted very good with fresh salad side dishes. The chef and team members were very responsive. Kudos to you guys..

10/10Yummy, the entrée of puff balls, lightly filled with yogurt, chicken peas, spices and herbs was outstanding. Highly recommend the goat curry. All the other dishes we had as well was excellent. Tour of the kitchen was great, talked about the spices and ingredients. Thanks Ravi and Raji.

10/10Food was excellent.We ordered Malai Kofta and chef customized it as per our taste. Staff was very welcoming .Had a wonderful interaction with Chef Ravi. Its a must visit restaurant in Newcastle.
