A refreshing salad of chopped parsley, cracked wheat, tomato and onion with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil
Tender chicken breast served on a freshly mixed salad of tomato, spanish onion, cucumber, mesclun leaves & oregano with lemon dressing

Great vibe and friendly staff
Great service! Well done team Zaida
Good still though portion size seems to have decreased
A bit average in terms of service, and note the 1.5hour maximum sitting. In our case we were kindly informed after 1h15 minutes that the next booking had arrived. Food was nice and fresh.
A neighbourhood gem. The guys here are super friendly, welcoming and make amazing food.

Go where the locals go.
Situated discreetly in Surry HIlls, Zaida Lebanese restaurant provides a relaxed and authentic dining experience. Here they’re serving up traditional Lebanese cuisine which some say is the best in Sydney. Try the haloumi stack with black olive and the eggplant and cauliflower to start before ordering a mixed grill platter! The only thing that is better than the food is the prices! This place has collected some loyal locals who drop in once a week, maybe you’ll be next?
Best dish: fried cauliflower dressed in tahini.
