The Best Restaurants in Kirribilli, Sydney (NSW)

Sticking out into Sydney Harbour on the northern side, Kirribilli sits right next to the Harbour Bridge and offers unbeatable harbour views. It has a pretty village-like atmosphere and is spectacular in November when the jacaranda trees are in full bloom. Kirribilli is the location of the Prime Minister’s Sydney residence as well as Admiralty House, the Governor-General’s residence.

The suburb has a thriving mix of cafes and restaurants, as well as the Kirribilli Hotel for pub classics. Stroll the fortnightly markets on a Saturday, browsing art, design and fashion-focused goodies, and pick up some artisan jewellery or clothing from a local vendor. Parking along the dining strip around Broughton Street can be tricky, so avoid this and aim instead for the residential streets a few minutes away or get the ferry across from Circular Quay.
